Hannah is a very new pitcher so we have been doing A LOT of breakdown drills. The Stride Force Drag Tunnel is so amazing for new pitchers. It locks their foot into place so the pitcher can focus hip mobility drills and working on separating the time of each body part. It’s all about the little things!
